About APA
Initially humbly standing for "Acceptable Professional Attorneys", A P A was formed in 1987 by Mr. Dusadee Chalarug, litigation lawyer, and his colleagues as a limited company named A P A Consultants Co., Ltd. to provide general legal consultations and accounting service. Later, the accounting service was ceased enabling the firm to focus on the legal service only. In order to clearly reflect its business which mainly dealt with civil, criminal litigation and debt recovery, the firm in 2001 changed its name to A P A Lawyers Ltd. ("APA").
When assigned to handle a court case for debt recovery, APA handles the case from the beginning to the end. Its action begins with preparation of a lawsuit, filing it with court, attending every court hearing, proceeding with the case until it becomes final whether at the first court or the Appeal or Supreme Court. Further action covers execution of the judgment which includes locating the debtor's property, seizing the property and following up auctions of the seized property. The action ends when the property is sold at an auction and the proceeds from the auction are delivered to the client. Written reports are given after each hearing or action to keep the client updated of the latest development until completion of the action.
APA performs duty strictly based on legal ethics and in a straightforward manner to solve the clients' problems as soon as legally possible.
